Born and raised in Balaghat city, just a few kilometres from Kanha Tiger Reserve, Jeeshant developed a deep connection with forests from an early age. While pursuing engineering and building a career in software development, his bond with nature remained constant. Alongside his professional work, he completed his THSC Naturalist Certification in wildlife tourism, laying the foundation for Van Srijan.
A Life Dedicated to the Forest
Growing Up Near Kanha
Raised in Balaghat city, close to Kanha Tiger Reserve, Jeeshant spent his early years exploring nearby forests, observing wildlife, and learning from local communities.
Engineering & Software Development
After completing his engineering studies, Jeeshant built his career as a software developer while staying closely connected to nature.
THSC Naturalist Certification
To formalize his lifelong learning, he completed the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council (THSC) Naturalist Certification in wildlife tourism.
Local Conservation Work
Alongside his professional work, he supported local awareness programs, forest initiatives, and eco-tourism efforts in buffer and fringe areas.

Van Srijan was founded to create conservation-driven safari experiences that support wildlife protection, empower local communities, and promote responsible tourism.

Why Van Srijan Exists
Van Srijan was founded to create conservation-based ecotourism experiences around Kanha Tiger Reserve. Our goal is to promote responsible tourism that supports forest protection, wildlife conservation, and local livelihoods.
